Monday to Friday daytime sessions with a maximum of 8 clients per session.

Resistance training targeting all muscle groups aiming to work muscles hard whilst burning fat. Sessions suit all ages and abilities 16+.

We use a variety of free weights and resistance machines to deliver these carefully planned weight training sessions.
