Gold x2 per week

This monthly membership entitles you to attend two group sessions per week (9 credits which renew each month). You sign up to a monthly direct debit of £74 which will roll on monthly, all we ask is that if you cannot attend a session then you please cancel to give us notice and if you no longer wish to be a member at Flex Studio then you give 30 days notice. Group sessions included are LIFT and Spin.
