This monthly membership entitles you to attend one Strong for Life group session per week. You sign up to a monthly subscription of £28 which will roll on monthly, all we ask is that if you cannot attend a session then you please cancel to give us notice and if you no longer wish to be a member at Flex Studio then you give 30 days notice.
